Summary: The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you’re family. They were quick to respond when there was an issue with the heat in my room. The hotel is beautiful. The main floor is antique like the old city there is a lot of room to enjoy company or reading. The rooms on the upper floors are modern and very comfortable. My room had a great view of walls at the Jaffa Gate and the Tower of David. I highly recommend the Gloria Hotel
